We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the store is well-organized, stocked, and maintained, providing exceptional customer service to enhance the shopping experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform cashiering, merchandising, and cleaning tasks in line with company standards.
• Collaborate with team members and management to deliver top-notch customer service.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and assist in inventory counts.
• Operate equipment safely and follow all company policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to provide excellent customer service.
• Efficient cash register operation and equipment handling skills.
• Strong communication and organizational abilities.
• Prior retail experience is preferred.
