Full-Time Store Associate (32-40 hours per week)

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining cleanliness to ensure an excellent shopping experience for our customers. Working collaboratively with the Aldi team, you will deliver exceptional customer service and contribute to the overall success of the store.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the ALDI Acts Competencies and provide exceptional customer service.
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and neatly stock shelves.
• Collaborate with team members and share feedback with management.
• Participate in inventory counts and ensure accuracy.
• Adhere to cash policies and company procedures.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register and equipment efficiently.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
