Job Description
We are looking for a diligent and customer-focused Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring the store's success by merchandising and stocking products, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining a clean and organized environment.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P).
- Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
- Deliver outstanding customer service and assist customers throughout their shopping experience.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate with store management.
- Provide feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues.
- Participate in inventory counts and uphold cash policies and procedures.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Proficient in operating a cash register and store equipment.
- Capable of performing general cleaning duties and stocking tasks.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Prior retail experience is preferred.
