Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in maintaining store operations to ensure an exceptional customer experience. Your responsibilities will include stocking products, cashiering, providing excellent customer service, and collaborating with team members.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Hours: 32-40 per week
• Starting Wage: $18.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, maintain store cleanliness, and ensure orderly product displays
• Assist customers with shopping, communicate effectively with team and management
• Provide feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues
• Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash handling policies
• Comply with company policies, maintain confidentiality, and perform assigned duties

Qualifications

• 18 years or older
• Customer service skills
• Efficient cash register operation
• Ability to operate store equipment
• Follow company policies, communicate effectively, work independently or in a team
• Stay organized, detailed, and multitask efficiently
• Compliance with alcohol handling regulations
• High School Diploma preferred
• Retail experience is a plus
