Full-Time Store Associate (32-40 hours per week)

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the store's appearance, providing exceptional customer service, and collaborating with team members to ensure a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's M.A.P. (Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills) values
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers during their visit
• Communicate effectively with team members and store management
• Contribute feedback on products, inventory, and potential issues
• Participate in store inventory counts and ensure accuracy
• Follow cash handling policies and uphold company procedures
• Adhere to all company policies and maintain document security

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service
• Aptitude for operating a cash register and equipment safely
• Experience in retail and general cleaning preferred
• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team
• Detail-oriented with the capacity to multitask efficiently
• Compliance with alcohol handling and selling regulations

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or its equivalent
• Prior retail experience is a plus
• Combination of education and experience will be considered
