Full-Time Store Associate (32-40 hours per week)

Job Description

As a Full-Time Store Associate at Aldi, you will play a vital role in ensuring the store operates smoothly and provides exceptional customer service. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, cashiering, and maintaining cleanliness to create an optimal shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ACTS Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays
• Deliver outstanding customer service and assist shoppers effectively
• Collaborate with team members and communicate clearly with management
• Provide feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues
• Participate in store inventory counts and uphold cash policies
• Adhere to company policies, procedures, and security measures
• Perform various other assigned duties

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Capable of operating a cash register and store equipment
• Ability to maintain a clean store environment
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Experience in retail is preferred

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Prior work experience in retail preferred
• Combination of education and experience considered
