Full-Time Store Associate (32-40 hours per week)

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring a seamless shopping experience for our customers by performing various tasks such as merchandising, cashiering, and maintaining store cleanliness. Collaborate with team members and provide exceptional customer service to enhance the overall shopping experience.

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and assist shoppers.
• Communicate effectively with team members and management.
• Provide feedback on products, inventory, and any issues.
• Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash handling policies.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Perform additional duties as required.

Requirements

• Minimum age requirement of 18 years.
• Proficiency in customer service and cash register operation.
• Ability to operate store equipment safely and efficiently.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
• Capacity to work independently and in a team environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
