Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join the ALDI team. In this role, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness to provide an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate the Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills required for the role.
- Process customer purchases, maintain a neat store appearance, and assist customers with their shopping needs.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate with management on product feedback and store issues.
- Adhere to cash handling policies, company procedures, and uphold store security measures.
- Participate in inventory management and comply with all company policies and guidelines.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Proficient in providing courteous customer service and operating a cash register accurately.
- Able to operate store equipment safely and maintain cleanliness standards.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred with retail experience desirable.
