Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's appearance. By collaborating with the ALDI team, you will ensure exceptional customer service and a positive shopping experience.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate ALDI Acts Competencies and provide exceptional customer service.
- Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain displays.
- Communicate effectively with team members and management.
- Monitor inventory accuracy and participate in store inventory counts.
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and cash handling policies.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older to be employed at ALDI.
- Ability to operate a cash register and other equipment efficiently.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Capability to work both independently and in a team environment.
- Prior work experience in retail preferred.
