Job Description
We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join Aldi's team. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the store's appearance and ensuring exceptional customer service. You will collaborate with the ALDI team, handle cashiering responsibilities, stock products, and assist customers during their shopping experience.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
- Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
- Provide outstanding customer service and assist customers with their shopping needs.
- Communicate effectively with team members and store management.
- Take part in inventory processes and adhere to cash handling policies.
- Follow company procedures while ensuring security and confidentiality.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Proficient in operating a cash register and store equipment.
- Ability to interpret and apply company policies.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- High school diploma preferred, retail experience a plus.
