Job Description
We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring the store is organized, customers have a great shopping experience, and the store maintains a clean and welcoming environment.
Responsibilities
- Perform cashiering duties and process customer purchases.
- Stock shelves and merchandise displays neatly.
- Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers with their shopping experience.
- Collaborate with team members and communicate clearly to the store management team.
- Participate in taking store inventory counts and monitor inventory accuracy.
- Adhere to cash handling policies and procedures to minimize losses.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Ability to operate a cash register efficiently and accurately.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Prior work experience in a retail environment preferred.
