Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our dynamic team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our store is well-organized, products are stocked, and customers receive exceptional service.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
- Process customer purchases, maintain store cleanliness, and neatly arrange merchandise displays.
- Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers in their experience.
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
- Participate in inventory management and adhere to cash policies.
- Comply with company policies while ensuring security and confidentiality.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
- Efficient operation of a cash register and store equipment.
- Capable of meeting state and local requirements for alcohol sales.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work both independently and in a team.
- High school diploma preferred with retail experience a plus.
