Full-Time Store Associate (32-40 hours per week)

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service, maintaining the store's appearance, and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Stock shelves and merchandise displays with precision.
• Process customer purchases and maintain cleanliness in the store.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Participate in inventory counts and adhere to company policies.

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years of age with excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to operate cash registers and store equipment effectively.
• High school diploma preferred with prior retail experience.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
