Full-Time Store Associate (32-40 hours per week)

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and ensuring the store is clean and presentable. You will work collaboratively with the ALDI team to deliver exceptional customer service and enhance the shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist customers during their shopping experience
• Communicate effectively with team members and store management
• Monitor inventory accuracy and participate in store inventory counts
• Adhere to cash handling policies and company procedures
• Follow security and confidentiality protocols

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service
• Efficient operation of a cash register
• Capability to operate retail equipment safely
• Excellent communication skills
• Work effectively in a team or independently
• Meet state requirements for alcohol handling and sales

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior retail experience is a plus
