We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our store maintains a high standard of customer service and operational excellence. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the cleanliness of the store to provide an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.
Responsibilities
- Process customer purchases and maintain a clean shopping environment
- Stock shelves and merchandise displays neatly and efficiently
- Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers with their shopping needs
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management
- Participate in inventory management and adhere to cash handling procedures
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Ability to operate a cash register and other store equipment
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team setting
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior retail experience is a plus
