Job Description
We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in maintaining the store's appearance, assisting customers, and ensuring a positive shopping experience. Your responsibilities will include cashiering, stocking shelves, and providing exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
- Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
- Provide excellent customer service and help customers with their shopping needs.
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
- Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash-handling policies.
- Comply with company policies and procedures to ensure store security and confidentiality.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service.
- Efficient operation of a cash register and store equipment.
- Capable of following company policies, procedures, and maintaining cleanliness standards.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently or within a team.
- High school diploma preferred with retail experience considered a plus.
