Full-Time Store Associate (32-40 hours per week)

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the customer shopping experience by providing exceptional service and ensuring the store is well-organized and stocked.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management
• Participate in inventory management and adhere to cash handling policies
• Follow company policies and procedures to ensure store security and confidentiality

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service
• Operate cash register and store equipment efficiently
• Work independently and within a team environment
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior retail experience is a plus
