Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join the ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in enhancing the customer shopping experience through merchandising, cashiering, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
Responsibilities
- Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
- Provide exceptional customer service, assisting customers with their shopping needs.
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
- Monitor inventory accuracy and participate in store inventory counts.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures to ensure store security and confidentiality.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Ability to operate a cash register and various store equipment.
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Prior retail experience is a plus.
