Job Description
We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in enhancing the customer shopping experience by merchandising and stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness. You will collaborate with the Aldi team to provide exceptional customer service and ensure the store operates smoothly.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate the Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.) required for the role.
- Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and neatly stock shelves.
- Assist customers, communicate effectively with team members and management.
- Provide feedback on products, inventory, and contribute to store inventory counts.
- Adhere to cash policies, company procedures, and uphold security measures.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Ability to provide exceptional customer service and operate a cash register accurately.
- Safely operate equipment and perform general cleaning duties.
- Interpret and apply company policies, communicate effectively, and work in a team environment.
- Stay organized, detail-oriented, follow instructions, and multitask efficiently.
Education and Experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Work experience in a retail environment is a plus.
- Combination of education and experience providing equivalent knowledge.
