Job Description
We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, cashiering, and maintaining the cleanliness of the store.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers during their visit.
- Stock shelves and ensure merchandise displays are organized.
- Operate the cash register efficiently and accurately.
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
- Contribute feedback on products, inventory, and store operations.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures to maintain a secure and efficient store environment.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Ability to provide courteous service and operate necessary equipment.
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
- Work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Prior retail experience is beneficial.
