Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring the store is well-organized, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining a clean shopping environment. This position offers 32-40 hours per week with a starting wage of $16.50 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Stock shelves and merchandise displays neatly.
• Process customer purchases and provide outstanding customer service.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Maintain store cleanliness and adhere to company policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to operate a cash register and cleaning equipment.
