Job Description
We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks including merchandising, stocking, cashiering, and maintaining the overall cleanliness and appearance of the store. Your role will involve providing exceptional customer service, collaborating with team members, and ensuring that store operations run smoothly.
Responsibilities
- Perform cashiering duties and process customer purchases with accuracy.
- Maintain cleanliness by stocking shelves, organizing displays, and performing general cleaning tasks.
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting shoppers and addressing any inquiries or concerns.
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
- Follow company policies and procedures, including cash handling and inventory management.
- Contribute to maintaining a safe and organized work environment.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older to work at Aldi.
- Ability to operate a cash register efficiently and handle customer transactions.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
- Prior retail experience is a plus.
