Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the store is well-organized, products are stocked, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining a clean shopping environment.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills for the role.
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, stock shelves, and provide top-notch customer service.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Contribute feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues.
• Participate in inventory management and adhere to cash handling policies.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to deliver prompt and friendly customer service.
• Efficiently operate a cash register and store equipment.
• Maintain cleanliness and adhere to company policies and procedures.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
• Combination of education and experience is valued.
