Full-Time Store Associate (32-40 hours per week) at Aldi
As a Full-Time Store Associate at Aldi, you will play a crucial role in merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining store cleanliness to provide customers with an exceptional shopping experience. You will collaborate with the Aldi team to uphold company standards and deliver top-notch customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Demonstrate the Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.) outlined for the role.
- Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and arrange merchandise displays effectively.
- Assist customers, communicate with team members, and provide feedback to management.
- Participate in inventory counts, adhere to cash policies, and follow company procedures.
Qualifications:
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Proficient in customer service and operating a cash register.
- Able to operate equipment and perform cleaning duties.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work both independently and in a team setting.
Education and Experience:
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Prior retail work experience preferred.
- Combination of education and experience providing equivalent knowledge.
