Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, cashiering, stocking shelves, and ensuring the overall cleanliness and appearance of the store. This role offers an opportunity to collaborate with team members and contribute to a positive shopping experience for our customers.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
- Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays
- Assist customers and communicate effectively with the team
- Provide feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues
- Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash management policies
Physical Demands
- Ability to lift and stock merchandise weighing up to 45 pounds
- Stand, bend, reach, push, and pull items as required
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older
- Customer service and cash register operation experience
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
Education and Experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent (preferred)
- Previous retail experience (preferred)
