Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring the store's success by merchandising products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean and inviting shopping environment for our customers. Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain neat merchandise displays
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers with their shopping needs
• Communicate effectively with team members and store management
• Participate in inventory counts and ensure inventory accuracy
• Adhere to cash policies and procedures
• Follow company policies and uphold document security and confidentiality

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service
• Efficient operation of a cash register
• Capability to operate store equipment safely and effectively
• Proficiency in general cleaning duties
• Excellent communication skills
• Capability to work independently and in a team environment
• Organizational skills and attention to detail
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior retail experience is a plus
