Responsibilities

• Demonstrate M.A.P. competencies and professional skills
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain displays
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers
• Communicate effectively with team and management
• Contribute feedback on products and inventory
• Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash policies
• Follow company procedures and uphold data security

Qualifications

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years old
• Proficient in cash register operation and equipment handling
• Ability to meet physical demands of the role
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Work effectively in both independent and team settings
• High school diploma preferred with retail experience
