Job Description

Join ALDI as a Full-Time Store Associate, working 32-40 hours per week. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in creating an exceptional shopping experience for our customers. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness. You will collaborate with the ALDI team to ensure product availability while providing outstanding customer service.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers during their shopping experience.
• Communicate effectively with team members and store management.
• Participate in inventory counts and uphold cash policies.
• Adhere to company policies, procedures, and security measures.

Qualifications

• Age requirement: 18 years or older.
• Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service.
• Proficiency in operating a cash register and store equipment.
• Capable of following cleaning standards and company policies.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
