Full-Time Store Associate (32-40 hours per week)

Job Description

As a Full-Time Store Associate at Aldi, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the store's operations run smoothly. You will be responsible for merchandising, cashiering, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. Working collaboratively with the Aldi team, you will provide exceptional customer service to enhance the shopping experience for all customers.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays
• Provide excellent customer service and assist customers during their shopping experience
• Communicate effectively with team members and management
• Participate in inventory counts and maintain inventory accuracy
• Adhere to cash policies and company procedures

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service
• Efficiently operate a cash register and store equipment
• Follow company policies and procedures accurately
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team
• Detail-oriented, organized, and can multitask efficiently

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior retail experience is a plus
