Join our team at ALDI as a Full-Time Store Associate where you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining the store's appearance. As a Store Associate, you will handle merchandising, cashiering, and cleaning tasks, ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management
• Conduct inventory counts, report issues, and follow cash handling procedures
• Adhere to company policies and maintain document security and confidentiality

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Proficient in operating a cash register and store equipment
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• High school diploma or equivalent, retail experience preferred
