As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in the daily operations of the store, including merchandising, cashiering, and providing exceptional customer service. Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize displays.
• Assist customers, work collaboratively with team members, and provide feedback to management.
• Participate in inventory counts, follow cash policies, and uphold company standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years old.
• Proficiency in customer service, cash register operation, and equipment handling.
• Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a team.
• High School Diploma preferred with retail experience.
