Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service, maintaining store cleanliness, and ensuring product availability. Your responsibilities will include cashiering, stocking shelves, and collaborating with the store team to enhance the shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases, maintain store cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and assist shoppers with their needs.
• Communicate effectively with team members and provide feedback to management.
• Participate in inventory management activities and follow cash handling procedures.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures, ensuring security and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to provide courteous customer service and operate a cash register.
• Proficient in using store equipment and performing cleaning tasks.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work both independently and in a team.
• Capable of multitasking, staying organized, and following instructions.
• Meet state and local requirements for handling alcoholic beverages.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is beneficial.
