Job Description

Position Details
- Position Type: Full-Time
- Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
- Starting Wage: $19.00 per hour
Duties and Responsibilities
- Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
- Assist customers, process purchases, stock shelves neatly
- Work with the team, communicate effectively with management
- Monitor inventory, provide feedback on products
- Follow cash handling policies, uphold company standards
- Other assigned duties as needed
Requirements
- 18 years or older
- Customer service and cash register skills
- Operate store equipment
- Adhere to company policies
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- High School Diploma preferred, retail experience a plus
