Job Description

As a Full-Time Store Associate at Aldi, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the store's success. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, cleaning, and providing exceptional customer service. This position offers an average of 32-40 hours per week with a starting wage of $18.00 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the ALDI Acts Competencies and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Conduct store inventory counts and monitor accuracy.
• Adhere to cash policies, company procedures, and ensure data security.
• Perform physical tasks like stocking merchandise and general cleaning duties.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to provide prompt customer service and operate a cash register accurately.
• Proficient in operating store equipment and adhering to company policies.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently or in a team.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred with retail experience.
