Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring our store operates efficiently and that our customers receive exceptional service. Responsibilities include cashiering, stocking shelves, maintaining store cleanliness, and collaborating with team members to provide a positive shopping experience.

Key Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's core competencies and professional skills.
• Process customer purchases, maintain store cleanliness, and stock shelves.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers during their shopping experience.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash handling policies.
• Comply with company policies and procedures while ensuring data security and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
• Proficient in operating a cash register and store equipment.
• Capable of following company policies, communicating effectively, and working in a team environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
