Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in creating an exceptional shopping experience for our customers. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the cleanliness of the store to ensure it looks its best.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills.
- Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
- Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers during their visit.
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
- Participate in inventory management and adhere to cash handling policies.
- Follow company procedures, including security and confidentiality protocols.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Efficient operation of a cash register and store equipment.
- Ability to meet physical demands of the role.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Prior retail experience is a plus.
