Job Description
We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join the ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring the store is well-organized, providing exceptional customer service, and contributing to a positive shopping experience for our customers.
Responsibilities
- Merchandise and stock products, operate cash registers, and maintain cleanliness in the store.
- Demonstrate professionalism and adherence to company policies and guidelines.
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
- Conduct inventory counts, provide feedback on products, and assist customers with their shopping needs.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to operate a cash register and other store equipment effectively.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
