Join our team at ALDI as a Full-Time Store Associate responsible for enhancing the customer shopping experience through exceptional service, merchandising, stocking, cashiering, and maintaining store cleanliness. Work collaboratively with the ALDI team to ensure a seamless shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI Acts Competencies and provide exceptional customer service.
• Perform cashier duties, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash policies.

Qualifications

• 18 years or older.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to operate a cash register and store equipment.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
