Job Description

Join ALDI as a Full-Time Store Associate and play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and maintaining a well-organized store environment. As part of the ALDI team, you will merchandise products, operate the cash register, and collaborate with colleagues to ensure a positive shopping experience for customers.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers during their visit.
• Communicate effectively with team members and store management.
• Contribute feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues.
• Participate in inventory counts and uphold cash policies.
• Adhere to company policies, ensuring security and confidentiality.

Requirements

• Minimum age of 18 years.
• Proficient in cashier duties and using retail equipment.
• Capable of performing physical tasks and general cleaning responsibilities.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting.
• High school diploma preferred; retail experience beneficial.
