Job Description

We are looking for a Full Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks including merchandising, stocking, cashiering, and maintaining a clean and welcoming store environment to ensure an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Perform various duties such as processing customer purchases, stocking shelves, and providing exceptional customer service.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures while ensuring inventory accuracy and security.
• Operate equipment and handle merchandise in a safe and efficient manner.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Ability to handle and sell alcoholic beverages based on state and local requirements.
