We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join the ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring the store is well-organized, assisting customers, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment. This position offers an opportunity to work collaboratively with a dynamic team and deliver exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases and provide outstanding service.
• Stock shelves, merchandise displays, and maintain store cleanliness.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Conduct inventory counts and ensure accuracy.

Requirements

• Minimum age requirement is 18 years.
• Ability to operate a cash register, handle equipment, and follow company policies.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
