We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a key member of our store operations, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a well-stocked and organized store, and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases and maintain a clean and orderly store environment.
• Collaborate with team members to deliver outstanding customer service.
• Contribute to inventory management and accuracy following company guidelines.
• Operate cash registers efficiently and accurately.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures to uphold store security and confidentiality.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
• Ability to handle equipment and perform general cleaning duties.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
