Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers by maintaining a clean and organized store, providing excellent customer service, and collaborating with the ALDI team.

Responsibilities

• Stock shelves with merchandise and maintain neat displays.
• Operate a cash register efficiently and accurately.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers with their shopping needs.
• Communicate effectively with team members and management.
• Follow company policies and procedures to uphold store security and confidentiality.
• Participate in inventory management and monitoring.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older to apply.
• Prior retail experience and high school diploma preferred.
• Ability to operate store equipment and perform general cleaning tasks.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask efficiently.
