Full Time Store Associate

Job Description

As a Store Associate at Aldi, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the store is well-organized, stocked, and provides exceptional customer service. This full-time position offers an average of 32-40 hours per week and starts with a competitive wage of $18.00 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and neatly stock shelves.
• Assist customers, collaborate with team members, and communicate effectively with management.
• Provide feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues.
• Participate in store inventory counts and adhere to cash policies and procedures.
• Comply with company policies while ensuring document security and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Prompt and courteous customer service skills.
• Efficient cash register operation and equipment handling abilities.
• Capable of meeting physical demands and working in team environments.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask effectively.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent, prior retail experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies.
