Job Description

Join our team at ALDI as a Full-Time Store Associate. In this role, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness. Working collaboratively with the ALDI team, you will ensure an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.

Job Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $18.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's M.A.P. mindsets and competencies
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, provide exceptional customer service
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively
• Monitor inventory accuracy and handle cash transactions

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older
• Prior retail experience preferred
• Ability to operate cash registers and equipment efficiently
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
