Full-Time Store Associate

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring that our store operates efficiently and that our customers receive top-notch service. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate our core values and competencies in your daily work.
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers during their visit.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate with management.
• Contribute feedback on products, inventory, and any operational issues.
• Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash handling policies.
• Follow company policies, maintain security, and uphold document confidentiality.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years old.
• Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service.
• Proficiency in operating a cash register and store equipment.
• Capability to follow cleaning standards and company procedures.
• Strong communication skills and team collaboration abilities.
• Organizational skills, attention to detail, and multi-tasking capability.
• Compliance with state and local regulations for alcohol sales (if applicable).

Education & Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
• Combination of education and experience will be considered.
