Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining store cleanliness to ensure an exceptional customer shopping experience. Collaborating with the ALDI team, you will provide outstanding customer service and contribute to the overall success of the store.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays
• Deliver exceptional customer service and assist shoppers
• Communicate effectively with team members and management
• Report product issues, inventory discrepancies, and provide feedback
• Participate in inventory counts and uphold cash handling policies
• Adhere to company policies, procedures, and security protocols
• Perform other assigned duties as required

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Proficient in customer service and cash register operation
• Able to operate store equipment and perform general cleaning tasks
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Capability to work both independently and in a team environment
• Prior retail experience and high school diploma preferred
