Job Description
We are looking for a Full Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in creating a positive shopping experience for our customers by ensuring the store is well-merchandised, stocked, and maintained. You will collaborate with the ALDI team to provide exceptional customer service and contribute to the overall success of the store.
Position Details
- Position Type: Full-Time
- Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
- Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour
Responsibilities
- Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays
- Deliver outstanding customer service and assist shoppers
- Communicate effectively with team members and management
- Provide feedback on products and inventory management
- Adhere to company policies and procedures for cash handling and security
- Participate in store inventory counts and maintain accuracy
Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Ability to operate a cash register and equipment efficiently
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
