Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the store's appearance, providing exceptional customer service, and collaborating with team members to ensure a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's core competencies and professional skills in daily tasks.
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and assist shoppers with their needs.
• Communicate effectively with team members and management.
• Provide feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues.
• Participate in inventory management procedures.
• Adhere to cash handling policies to ensure security.

Physical Demands

Ability to lift and move merchandise, stand for extended periods, and perform various physical tasks.

Qualifications

• Minimum age requirement of 18 years.
• Proficiency in cash register operation and equipment handling.
• Ability to follow company policies and procedures.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Capability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Detail-oriented with multitasking abilities.
• Compliance with state regulations for alcohol sales.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior experience in retail is a plus.
