Position Details

• Type: Full-Time
• Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Wage: $18.00 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's M.A.P. guidelines
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and provide outstanding customer service
• Communicate effectively with team members and management
• Conduct inventory counts and adhere to company policies
• Follow cash handling procedures and maintain document security
• Perform physical tasks such as stocking and carrying merchandise

Qualifications

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years
• Customer service and cash register proficiency
• Ability to operate equipment and adhere to cleaning standards
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Retail experience is a plus
